Data Protection Statement

The safety of your personal data is important to us. The principles for the processing of personal data according to the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR): Transparency, legality, dedicated connection, data integrity and data minimization are also standards for the handling of your data. We attach great importance to justifying the trust you have placed in us in this regard as well. We therefore protect your personal data in particular against access by unauthorized persons.

As a private company, we are subject to the provisions of the European Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and the regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG). We have taken technical and organizational measures to ensure that the data protection rules are respected both by us and by our external service providers.

The intensity of the collection, processing and use of your data depends on how you use our services. By visiting our homepage, you agree that we may collect, process, use and store individual personal data of yours to the extent mentioned below. We delete the data in this connection after the storage is no longer required, or the processing is restricted, if legal storage obligations exist.

In the case of merely informative use of the website, f.e. if you do not register or otherwise provide us with information, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data which is technically necessary for us to inform you about our website and to ensure its stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. DSGVO):

• Time of the server request

All of this data is collected by us for analysis purposes. They should be evaluated to improve our service. The individual data in each case cannot be assigned to a specific person. The data mentioned are primarily device-related. However, they may be associated with specific people in the link to other data. We use the data collected for statistical purposes, to evaluate the attractiveness of our offers, to evaluate user behavior in order to improve and expand our range of services and to identify errors and optimize processes. A linking of data only takes place, as far as is necessary for the purposes mentioned. The purpose of the data processing is thus the interest of our company as well as the interest of our customers in a wide range of information (Art. 6 (1) sentence 1 (f) GDPR).
The data stored by us will be deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for the purposes stated here. The data will be deleted after completion of the specified purposes, if they are not or will not be stored for documentation purposes (eg due to existing retention periods).

There are no cookies stored on your computer when using our website.

3. Legal basis of data processing

Insofar as we obtain consent for the processing of your personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) GDPR servesas a legal basis for thedata processing.
Insofar as we process your personal data because this is necessary to fulfill a contract or in the context of a contract-like relationship with you, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) GDPR servesas the legal basis for thedata processing.
Insofar as we process your personal data in order to fulfill a legal obligation, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c) GDPR servesas the legal basis for thedata processing.
As a further legal basis for the data processing, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) GDPR serves, if the processing of your personal data is necessary to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company or a third party and your interests, fundamental rights and fundamental freedoms do not require the protection of your personal data.
As part of this privacy policy, we always point out the legal basis on which we base the processing of your personal data.

4. Affected rights

We attach great importance to explaining the processing of your personal data as transparently as possible and to informing you about your rights. If you would like more information or want to exercise the rights to which you are entitled, you can contact us at any time so that we can take care of your request.

We would like to point out that we continue to store personal data even after the conclusion of a business relationship. We can only delete the personal data if this does not conflict with statutory retention periods. Only after the expiry of the retention periods can we possibly comply with a cancellation request. Children and adolescents under the age of 18 should not submit any personal information to us without the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
